SlideStrike is an AI-powered service that transforms project data into executive-ready presentations. Users can upload project data files, and our system generates professional PowerPoint presentations.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services

3. Subscriptions and Payment

3.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

3.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Upload malicious files or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Upload sensitive personal data of third parties without consent
• Use automated scripts to access the service excessively

SlideStrike, including its design, features, and content, is owned by WindLoad Solutions LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you upload and the presentations generated for you. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.

6. AI-Generated Content

Presentations generated by SlideStrike are created using AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated presentations for any purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIDESTRIKE AND WINDLOAD SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
